Here are the list of unlicensed drivers who are considered unimportant... those that drive like they are in hurry. They hurry because they think they are important. They tend to weave in and out of lanes, trying to pass licensed drivers. Of course, unimportant drivers are not important. The chances of them holding an important position in life are astronomical, like winning the lottery.

Purpose

The purpose of this blog is to inform residents and law enforcement of Sacramento County of bad drivers around Sacramento. I do not care about receiving any credit for any arrests. As long as bad drivers are off the road, I am happy to do my small part. Because I am not in law enforcement, all bad drivers are bad drivers in my eyes.
